this strikes some people as odd.
"Why would you do that," they say? "And how can you stay in business?"
Why? Well, the analyst biz is very much like the
real estate biz. In the real estate biz, the people who help you buy a house are mostly seller's agents;
they work for the seller. They try to be
fair, decent, balanced, but at the end of the day,
they have the seller's interest at heart.

Their product is a box that you hook up to a
T1 line and to your
PBX system. The box does web conferencing and teleconferencing, just
the way the services (Webex, YourTelco) do, but at a fixed cost,
which can turn out to be cheaper than the services.
